 Throw streamers come in a hand held clear cup and are looped to your hand. Each cup is 15' long and contains at least 20 streamers. When tossed, your hand will appear to emit a dazzling barrage of thin rainbow streamers. Great for all parties, weddings, magic and small special events. Extremely easy to clean up! All streamers stay hooked to your hand until you are ready to release. All top loops can be reshaped to your own personal theme.  Stocked in 6 fun colors and all flame restistant.
