Warranty and Return Policy

Manufacturer's Limited Warranty:

We guarantee all products to be free of mechanical defects for 30 days upon receipt. Products found non operational within that time frame will be repaired or replaced FREE OF CHARGE. Warranty does not cover damage due to improper use or rough handling.

Our products are manufactured to the highest possible standards and rarely require repairs. However, in the unlikely event repairs are needed, most devices can be serviced for a nominal fee.

Return & Refund Policy:

We do not rent or offer any equipment on a test trial basis. Therefore, make your choices carefully, as all SALES ARE FINAL.

If you overbuy expendables, (CO2, streamers, confetti items) and they are unused and in their original unopened packaging, we may take them back but a 25% restocking fee will be charged. This fee is computed from the product cost only. You must contact us first and pay return shipping as well as original shipping. If we shipped you an incorrect or defective item, we will pay shipping to fix our mistake. Any custom color, custom filled cannon or special order items are not returnable under any circumstances.
