PVC- 12 Roll Sleeve, 1/2" cut. As shiney as the sun is bright! Reflects light and unravels like real fireworks! These can go as high as 25' or more! Best used in rooms with at least 15' ceiling clearance, or more. These Heavier PVC streamers travel further and are great for distance shots with a flare. Sun or stage lighting really make these reflective streamers POP to your audience.
